Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Digital Products: Refunds are only applicable to digital products (prompts) purchased through the Website.
1.2. Timely Refund Request: To be eligible for a refund, users must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
2.1. Completed Transactions: Once a transaction is marked as completed and the digital product has been delivered to the user, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
2.2. Customized Prompts: Refunds will not be issued for customized or personalized prompts specifically created for a user.

Anyway, in all cases the Company decides on its sole discretion whether to issue a refund or not.
Grounds for Cancellation:

4.1. Accidental or erroneous transaction: If the user made a transaction by accident or by mistake and immediately contacted support, the company, at its discretion, may initiate a cancellation.
